Very exited day today! 4 Hours on the Kangoo Jumps
11:00am -2pm - I have been taking Kangoo Jumps to the Oxford club salon and spa. 1616 17th St, Denver CO 80202. I was promoting the shoes and signing people for next week classes.
I had different groups of people and we ran around the block in Downtown Denver.
6pm-7pm i had my regular class at Dardsno's Gym. Lot of fun just like all ways.

I had three different group 11;30am 12;30pm and 1;30pm that run with me out door, from 17th st and Wazee to Riverfront park. Lot of fun.

You get to wear these awesome rebound boots with springs on the bottom allowing you to get height, and a great workout without the impact!
